Abstract:
This study focuses on comprehensive township territorial spatial planning in agricultural areas of Shandong Province and systematically explores practical strategies for such planning in plain agricultural regions. Firstly, it analyzes the geographical characteristics of agricultural areas in Shandong Province, clarifies their functional positioning within the national strategic framework, and identifies the key challenges faced by township territorial spatial planning. Subsequently, based on the five dimensions of rural revitalization 'industry, talent, culture, ecology, and organization' this study proposes a series of planning strategies such as differentiated functional positioning, industrial cluster cultivation, optimization of production-living-ecological spaces, construction of multilevel residential systems, and optimization of township government seat layouts. Finally, using the planning practice of Yangshan Town in Jinxiang County, Shandong Province as a case study, the paper demonstrates the specific application and effectiveness of these strategies, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for township territorial spatial planning in agricultural areas across Shandong Province and the whole country.
