Abstract:
Under the background of 'dual carbon', the use of renewable energy can provide solutions for ecological restoration and climate change. As the center of post-carbon transformation and development, rural areas have become an important carrier for the development of low-energy-density renewable energy due to their geographical location and low-density land use activities. However, how to balance the spatial needs of rural energy production and agricultural development, ecological landscape restoration and architectural style improvement? This is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the coordination of energy planning and spatial planning, this paper constructs a sustainable rural solar space planning technical framework, and takes Gaozhou City, Guangdong Province as an example to compile an implementable renewable energy utilization plan from three aspects: resource assessment, planning control guidance and implementation management, in order to provide planning theory support and practical experience for rural solar energy development.
