Abstract:
The metropolitan suburbs have the dual characteristics of 'local space' and 'flow space', and have the characteristics of urban-rural functional interaction and multi-functional coexistence. In the context of postsuburbanization and post-productionist villages, it is of great significance to explore the multi-functional pattern of urban and rural areas in metropolitan suburbs. The bivariate local spatial autocorrelation model is used to analyze the multi-functional trade-off and synergy pattern of urban and rural areas in Tongshan District, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, and the layout optimization is carried out. The results show that there are structural differences in the distribution of urban and rural multi-function in metropolitan suburbs, and the trade-off relationship is the main one; According to the spatial agglomeration of urban and rural multi-functions, and considering the boundary of functional areas and the nature of functional areas, six functional areas are divided.
