Abstract:
Driven by the rural revitalization strategy, multiple forces have invested in rural areas. In this process, the interactive relationships among multiple actors have become increasingly complex, and contradictions have gradually emerged. There is an urgent need to promote the mutual collaboration among multiple actors and explore a collaborative mechanism to achieve a win-win situation for all parties. This paper draws on the ActorNetwork Theory to construct an analytical framework for the collaborative participation of multiple actors in rural revitalization. Taking Siping Village in Pingnan County, Ningde City, Fujian Province as an example, it deeply analyzes the formation process of the collaborative network. The research finds that with the progressive advancement of collaborative goals and the dynamic evolution of actors' roles, the collaboration network gave rise to efficient mechanisms for participation, constraint, and negotiation. Based on this finding, starting from the three dimensions of participation mechanism, restraint mechanism, and negotiation mechanism, this paper puts forward corresponding strategic suggestions, aiming to construct a sustainable collaborative mechanism for multiple actors and provide strong support for the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
