  • 摘要: 鉴于全球气候变化的严峻性,低碳和零碳的发展模式已成为国际社会共同关注的焦点。从国家层面、行业层面、标准层面对推动绿色低碳发展均提出了明确要求。作为绿色低碳发展的重要载体,双碳智慧园区的规划设计显得尤为重要。本文基于新发布的《双碳智慧园区规划与电气设计导则(中英文)》(T/IGEA001—2022),深入探讨了双碳智慧园区的内涵与定义,重点梳理了为达到“双碳”与“智慧”双重目标,从策划、规划到设计的全流程实施过程,梳理出园区规划设计中需予以关注的技术要点,分析其在实现碳减排、提高能源利用效率等方面的作用,旨在为双碳智慧园区的建设提供有价值的参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the gravity of global climate change, low-carbon and zero-carbon development models have emerged as the focus of common concern within the international community. Clear requirements have been established at the national, industry, and standard levels to promote green and low-carbon development. As a crucial carrier for green and low-carbon development, the planning and design of dual-carbon smart parks are of paramount importance. Based on the newly released 'Dual Carbon Smart Park Planning and Electrical Design Guidelines (Chinese and English)' (T/IGEA001—2022), this article delves into the connotation and definition of dual carbon smart parks. It focuses on outlining the implementation process from planning to design, aiming to achieve the dual goals of 'dual carbon' and 'smart'. Furthermore, it sorts out the technical aspects that require attention in park planning and design, analyzes their roles in reducing carbon emissions and enhancing energy utilization efficiency, and ultimately aims to provide valuable insights for the construction of dual-carbon smart parks.
