Abstract:
With the slowdown of urbanization growth, a large number of suburban villages located near cities that have completed land requisition have not been involved in short-term urban development and construction, resulting in transitional contradictions in the use of village land space, such as lack of legal subject, change of legal space property rights, and unclear legal time. In order to revitalize idle land space, this paper puts forward the planning strategy of time difference utilization of transitional land space in suburban areas, which include clarifying the legal authority of village transition period in management, selecting the industry type that synchronizes the operation cycle and transition period in industrial development, paying attention to the transitional integration of municipal facilities and agricultural facilities in infrastructure construction, and carrying out the transitional utilization of original residential buildings. Taking Yangdian Village in Zhanghe New District of Jingmen City, Hubei Province as an example, this paper provides reference for the planning and utilization of suburban transitional space through the implementation of specific planning strategies.
