乡村旅游背景下粤西海岛公共建筑风适应性设计研究——以硇洲岛英明村游客服务中心为例

Study on Wind Adaptability Design of Island Public Buildings in Western Guangdong Province Under the Background of Rural Tourism: A Case Study of Tourist Service Center Design in Yingming Village of Naozhou Island

  • 摘要: 乡村振兴背景下,海岛凭借着海洋、沙滩等特有的景观优势迎来发展旅游业的新机遇,旅游配套的乡村公共建筑建设也愈加受到重视。海风风速快、风频高、方向稳定、持续时间长,公共建筑可利用自然通风达到节能减排的目的。本文以粤西硇洲岛英明村作为研究对象,通过实地调研、问题和需求分析、数据模拟等步骤,从建筑选址、建筑布局和朝向、建筑形体、功能分区、建筑开窗等方面探究海岛公共建筑风适应性设计策略,发现使用分散式布局、建筑朝向主导风向、减少体块表面棱角、按通风需求合理安排功能、置入气候缓冲空间、控制迎风面开窗大小等方式都可以有效促进建筑室内外的通风效果。此策略可以为相似海岛村落的公共建筑风适应性设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In the context of the rural revitalization strategy, islands welcome new opportunities for tourism development due to their distinctive landscape advantages such as oceans and beaches, and the construction of rural public buildings to assist tourism is also becoming increasingly valuable. The characteristics of the sea breeze include fast wind speed, high wind frequency, steady direction, and long duration, and therefore natural ventilation can be used in public buildings to save energy and reduce emissions. This paper takes Yingming Village on Naozhou Island in western Guangdong Province as the research object, explores the design strategy of wind adaptability of island public buildings from the aspects of site selection, layout and orientation, building shape, functional zoning, and window opening through field research, problem and demand analysis, data simulation, and other steps. It has been discovered that using a decentralized layout, orienting buildings in the direction of the dominant wind, reducing the edges and corners of building blocks, arranging functions sensibly in accordance with ventilation requirements, placing climate buffer spaces, and adjusting the size of windows on the windward side can all help to effectively improve the ventilation effect on buildings both inside and outside. This strategy can provide a reference for the wind adaptability design of public buildings in similar island villages.
