Abstract:
In the context of global urbanization, where rural transformation has attracted much attention, based on the 'post-rurality' research framework widely used in rurality evolution, this paper makes a detailed interpretation of the real scene of suburban rural transformation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which is deeply involved in global urbanization, has strong urban development radiation and is closely connected between urban and rural areas. In the advanced state of typical transition development of rural areas, identify the potential development crisis under the blind areas of control, such as the budding characteristics of 'postrural' and the deviation of endogenous development, the discourse of resource hegemon, and the chaotic image of 'half city and half township'. Based on the value reconstruction of 'post-rurality', the paper puts forward suggestions on the optimization of village planning functions from three aspects: the establishment of urban-rural network connection with rural competitive advantages, the revival of stakeholders' initiative negotiation enthusiasm under the collectivism distribution system, and the coupling of modernization progress and rural traditional cultural wisdom, so as to broaden the planning vision angle for efficiently guiding rural construction resources investment.
