Abstract:
In the context of rural revitalization, balancing the contradiction between the protection and development of traditional settlements and achieving all-round revitalization has become an important issue. After the introduction of ecological and cultural protection policies in China, the restoration effect of grassland settlements is remarkable, but the growth rate is slightly weak. It is necessary to continue to tap potential driving factors and expand the prospect of sustainable development. By analyzing the endogenous relationship between grassland settlement ecology, cultural interdependence and common prosperity, this paper puts forward the construction strategy of settlement revitalization from the perspective of ‘ecology-culture’ linkage. Taking Jirigalangtu Village in Ejina County, Inner Mongolia as an example, this paper identifies the multiple elements from the two dimensions of ecology and culture, purifies and systematically sorts out the relationship between the elements, and builds an ecological base and regional cultural system for the sustainable development of settlements. Then it implants complex functions from the perspective of time and space to improve the three health services in the settlement. After the combination of the two, the development pole nucleus of each settlement is analyzed and the administrative boundary is broken to build a multi polar regional linkage pattern based on the whole region. At the same time, it provides thinking for the ecological restoration, characteristic protection, and construction strategies of such traditional ethnic settlements.
