Abstract:
Nowadays, the goal of high-quality development with people-oriented puts forward higher requirements for the protection of historic and cultural towns. As a systematic tool throughout the whole process of urban planning. Urban design is an important means to coordinate the protection and development of historic and cultural towns. This article takes the protection practice of Hengdaohezi historical and cultural town in Hailin City, Heilongjiang Province as an example. From the people-oriented vision of improving the space environment, inheriting the historical context and pursuing fairness and efficiency, this paper puts forward the urban design path of using digital technology for natural bottom line control, overall style design and multiparty participation in the whole process. By extending the spatial texture of historical towns, strengthening the planning and control of urban colors, supporting the construction of urban infrastructure, and reshaping urban cultural landmarks, the natural endowment and humanistic value of Hengdaohezi Town can be fully utilized, so as to provide a feasible path for the sustainable development of the historic and cultural town.
