Abstract:
The diversified rural consumption demand within the metropolitan area and the spillover impact of big cities on the surrounding rural areas have enhanced the value of rural land resources and enriched the types of rural industrial space. Due to the lack of targeted rural land resources allocation means and policy guidance, the current urban agglomeration rural industrial space homogeneity, fragmentation, and inefficient development phenomenon is very prominent. This paper takes the spatial classification and evolution mechanism of rural industries in metropolitan areas as the research object, uses GIS spatial analysis method and economic-spatial analysis model to study the integration mode of rural industries and space, extracts the modern agricultural industrial space with agglomeration characteristics, the ecological resource-based industrial space with symbiosis characteristics and the agricultural tourism integrated industrial space with derivative characteristics, and studies the evolution characteristics and agglomeration effects of the three types of space. At the technical level, it builds a rural industrial spatial system conducted at the level of 'metropolitan area-county level-township level-village level', studys the rural land resource allocation strategy and guide the rural industrial spatial layout, scientifically promotes rural planning and realizes the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
