Abstract:
In recent years, China has vigorously promoted the urbanization process, and the expansion of big cities has pushed the development of many surrounding cities and towns. Yanjiao, as a typical case, its characteristics are short development cycle, concentrated samples and ample types. Taking Yanshun Road, Yanjiao Town, Sanhe City, Hebei Province as the geographical field, this paper studies the evolution of the residential types on Yanshun Road, the main road of Yanjiao to Beijing. As the rapid development of urbanization has brought about 'erosion' of the surrounding villages and towns, the residential building forms in town of have changed dramatically in a short period of time. Yanshun Road, one of the main roads from Yanjiao to Beijing, is adjacent to Beijing, leading to its early development, where large amounts of commercial housings and their differentiation are obvious in a short period of times. Therefore, this paper starts from the information sorting of commercial housing and community along Yanshun Road, analyzing the evolution of housing types in different periods, from macro data to micro housing analysis. The paper tries to find out the evolution laws of rural housing around central cities in the context of new urbanization.
