Research on Landscape Planning of Mining Subsidence Area in High Groundwater Level Mining Area: A Case of Rural Complex in Pengzhuang Coal Mine, Shandong Province

高潜水位矿区采煤沉陷区浪费土地资源,并造成耕地破坏,阻碍城镇建设可持续发展,倒逼受害地区转变产业发展模式。在此背景下,本研究提出基于田园综合体理念,充分利用采煤沉陷地形塑造湖体及其生态环境,并整合其他资源实现多产融合可持续发展的发展策略;实施顺应采煤沉陷发展规律和当地土地情况,进行土地复垦适宜性评价并明确开发建设方向的技术。以山东省菏泽市郓城县彭庄煤矿采煤沉陷区为例,研究其田园综合体产业及空间结构,构建高潜水位矿区采煤沉陷区土地复垦适宜性评价体系,并根据评价结果确定场地未来宜农、宜园、宜牧、宜水产养殖、可建设五个开发建设复垦方向,为未来该地区田园综合体的建设提出分区布局方案,实现高潜水位矿区采煤沉陷区的产业转型和土地资源再利用。
Abstract:Coal mining subsidence areas in high groundwater level cause waste of land resources and destruction of cultivated land, hinder the sustainable development of urban construction, and force the affected areas to change their industrial development model. In the study, the local land situation was respected and land reclamation suitability evaluation was conducted on the basis of complying with the development law of coal mining subsidence, aiming to clarify the development and construction direction of the site. Taking the coal mining subsidence area of Pengzhuang Coal Mine in Yuncheng County, Heze City as the research object, this paper studied the industrial and spatial structure of the rural complex, constructed the land reclamation suitability evaluation system for the coal mining subsidence area of high groundwater level area, and determined the five development and construction reclamation directions of the site in the future, such as agriculture, gardening, animal husbandry and aquaculture industry and so on. Finally, it proposed a planning layout for the construction of the pastoral complex, so as to realize the industrial transformation and reuse of land resources in the coal mining subsidence area of the high groundwater level area.
