Study on the Natural Lighting Optimization of Rural Residential Buildings in Shanghai Based on Parametric Design

摘要: 基于乡村振兴政策的背景,我国大力开展乡村住宅的建设转型工作,建筑环境性能已成为人们关注的重点。在环境评价与建筑性能优化模拟的基础上,本研究讨论了在参数化分析平台上实现乡村住宅自然采光自动化优化设计的方法,提出了空间模型建立、数值模拟计算、性能评价打分和自动寻优分析四个流程。构建包含光环境照度和眩光的综合评价指标体系及评分方法。该自然采光优化设计方法探究了面宽进深比、南向窗墙比对乡村住宅自然采光效果的影响,筛选出多变量、多目标优化分析的最优解,反馈指导乡村住宅自然采光设计,为乡村住宅的新型设计提供技术支撑。Abstract: Based on the policy background of rural revitalization, our country is developing the transformation work of construction and design for the rural residential, and the building environment performance has become the focus of people's attention. Based on the simulation of environmental evaluation and building performance optimization, this study discusses the method to realize the automatic optimization design of natural lighting in rural residential buildings on the parametric analysis platform, and establishes four processes including space model establishment, numerical simulation calculation, performance evaluation scoring and automated optimization analysis. Through the comprehensive evaluation method and index including light intensity of illumination and glare environment, this method explores the influence of spatial parameters (width to depth ratio, window-wall ratio) on the natural lighting effect for rural residential buildings, selects the optimal solution for multiobjective optimization analysis, and uses the feedback to guide the rural residence, in order to provide technology accumulation of advanced design for the rural residential.
