Research on the Impacts of Land-use Mix in County-level Urban Residential Buildings Surrounding Area on Energy Consumption: A Case Study on Changxing County in Zhejiang Province

摘要: 降低建筑能耗是实现我国低碳发展目标的重要途径,厘清城镇土地利用方式与住宅建筑能耗的关系对城镇低碳转型有重要意义。文章以浙江省湖州市长兴县为例,选取16栋住宅建筑样本,在样本周边2000m范围内,每间隔200m建立缓冲区,运用熵值法、可达性分析法测算各缓冲区内的土地利用混合度,探讨住宅建筑各时期及逐月能耗强度与其周边土地利用混合度的相关关系。结果表明:(1)就时间而言,一月份的住宅建筑能耗强度受其周边土地利用混合度的影响最为显著。(2)就尺度而言,住宅建筑能耗强度与土地利用混合度的相关性主要集中在其周边1000~1400m缓冲区内,住宅建筑周边400m以内范围的土地利用混合度对其能耗强度不产生影响。(3)两种土地利用混合度测算方式具有强相关性,熵指数测算方式更适用于揭示土地利用混合度与住宅建筑能耗的关系。Abstract: Reducing building energy consumption is considered as an important approach to achieving China's low-carbon development goals, while clarifying the correlation between urban land use and residential building energy consumption is of great significance to urban low-carbon transformation. In light of this, this paper selected 16 residential buildings in Changxing County, Zhejiang Province as samples and established buffer zones every 200m within a 2000m radius around each sample. Then, based on the entropy method and the accessibility analysis method, the land use mix in each buffer zone were measured and the correlation between the intensities of residential building energy consumption and land use mix was explored on periodical and monthly bases. The results show that: (1) From the perspective of time, the energy consumption intensities of residential buildings on January were the most significantly affected by land use mix. (2) In terms of area, the correlation between the energy consumption intensity of residential buildings and land use mix was mainly concentrated in the buffer area between the 1000m and 1400m radius around the sample buildings, while the land use mix within the 400m radius surrounding residential buildings had no effect on the energy consumption intensity. (3) Both measurement methods of land use mix use displayed strong levels of correlation, but the entropy index measurement method was proved to be more effective in revealing the relationship between land use mix and residential building energy consumption.
