Study on Planning Strategy of Exurban Villages of Megacities under the Concept of Green Development: Taking the Dongliang Village in Jinan as an Example

摘要: 在生态优先、绿色高质量发展的新阶段,特大城市远郊乡村发展问题日益突出,已成为制约特大城市全域城乡融合发展的短板。本文结合国土空间规划体系重构带来的规划认识论、本体论、方法论的多维转型[1],以绿色发展为切入点,以山东省济南市济阳区太平街道东粱村为例提出了特大城市远郊村庄绿色发展的规划策略,以期为绿色发展理念如何引领新时期村庄规划,以及特大城市远郊村庄转型发展提供一定借鉴。Abstract: In the new stage of ecological priority, green and high-quality development, the problems and contradictions of rural development in the outskirts of megacities have become increasingly abrupt, which has become a shortcoming that restricts the overall development of urban and rural integration in large cities. Combining the multidimensional transformation of epistemology, ontology, and methodology along with the reconstruction of the national spatial planning system, taking green development as the starting point, this article takes Dongliang Village in Jinan City as the example, proposes green development strategies for villages in the suburbs of megacities, in order to provide reference for the way of green development concept guiding village planning and the transformation and development of villages in the outer suburbs of big cities.
